An Algerian favourite traditional dish the Beef Tripe Stew :Dowara really tasty recipe you need to taste it and am sure you will love it.

 

 2 kg beef Tripe cleaned
 1 head of garlic
 1 tbsp salt
 1 tbsp paprika
 ½ tbsp chilli powder
 ½ tbsp caraway
 2 bunches of cilantro
you can add:
 1 cup chickpeas
 1 kilo chopped onion
 1 kilo tomato
