Azifa(Spicy Ethiopian Lentil Salad) By Sea Salt Galley Kat


This salad is quite spicy but you can sub in green or red peppers for added vegetables if you wish.
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 jalapeño, seeds removed for less heat and minced
½ cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped fresh parsely
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
