Cornchaff, is a West African recipe where corn and beans become much more! Let me tell you we do love our starches in West African cooking and CORN is a popular one.

ย 5 ยฝ cups red or white dried pealed corn
ย 510 g red beans (I used big grains canned beans but any other option works)
ย 25 g ginger
ย 3 garlic cloves
ย 2 spring onions
ย 400 g tomatoes
ย White/ black pepper
ย Water
ย 20 g parsley
ย 300 g beef(optional you can use smoked fish aka dry fish)
ย 300 g gizzards (optional)
ย โ…“ cup crayfish
ย โ…“ cup vegetable oil
ย Salt
ย 1 bell pepper (chopped)
ย 3 g white stone
