Senegalese DiBi/diby is a perfect finger food that absolutely delicious, recommended for when you have friends over for game night or just for you and the family! Enjoy with cold beer or home made lemonade!

Ingredients for baking lamb:
 1 lb lambcut into bite-size pieces
 ½ tbsp of finely minced garlic
 1 tsp of finely minced scotch bonnet pepper
 ¼ tbsp black peppercrushed
 ½ tbsp smoked paprika
 1 ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
  1 medium-size red onion finally minced
Ingredients for dip: All Drippings from baking lamb
 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  4 drops/ or 1/2 teaspoon of pure honey
