Fish Yassa aka Poisson Yassa – A Senegalese seasoned fish smothered in lemon, garlic and mustard sauce- grilled or fried.
2- 2 1/2 pounds white fish skin- on
1-2 lemon
1 Large Onions Sliced
2-3 cloves of garlic minced
1 Habanera Pepper Scotch Bonnet
