ย 10 garden eggs or an equivalent 1 big purple egg plant
ย ยฝ cup palm oil
ย ยฝ white onion
ย ยผ red onion
ย 1 habanero chili
ย 1 scallion or spring onion
ย small piece of ginger
ย 2 cloves of garlic
ย Small piece of momoni (fermented fish)
ย 1 tbsp cray fish powder
ย 1 cup home made tomato sauce
ย 10 jumbo prawns shelled, and deveined
ย 1 grilled mackerel
ย 1 cup sliced white mushrooms
ย 1 cup fresh spinach
Garnish
ย ยผ red and green bell pepper
ย ยฝ red onion
