3 pounds boil meat cup up(beef, oxtail, goat meat, chicken, pork)
4 lbs unripe or green plantains
10 Njansa
1 large onion
3 large tomatoes
¼ cup parsley
½ cup basil
¼ cup celery leaves
2 tsp grated ginger
8 cloves garlic
2 green onions
2 bebe(optional)
½ tsp country onion(optional)
