Lamb Bobotie with Rice & Mango Chutney served with Broccoli & Carrots- Pronounced 'ba-boor-tea', the dish of South Africa is a delicious mixture of curried meat and fruit with a creamy golden topping of savoury custard. The mild curry and sweetness in the mince make this a favourite for the whole family. It is also enjoyed served with crusty bread in stead of rice if you prefer.
