Mbongo Tchobi, also known, as bongo is an earthy spicy black tomato based sauce with smooth, thick, and velvety texture.

 5 tbsp Mbongo
 Leek - a hand full
 Celery - a hand full
 4 Behbeh(African nutmeg)
 3 Contri onion or 1 teaspoon if grounded
 4 plum tomatoes
 4 fresh fish cut
 4 basil leaves
 2 bay leaves
 25 njansa
 4 cloves of garlic
 A little bit of Ginger
 1 onion
 Habanero pepper(optional)
 Salt to taste
