Mini Malva Puddings-A favourite South African dessert in mini form. Use a giant muffin tin or individual moulds to take your malva to dinner party-worthy status.

 60 g Wooden Spoon White Margarine
 ¾ cup brown sugar(180 ml)
 2 large eggs
 ¼ cup apricot jam(60 ml)
 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda(10 ml)
 1 cup full cream milk(250 ml)
 2 cups cake flour(500 ml)
 ¼ tsp salt(1,75 ml)
 2 tbsp malt vinegar(30 ml)
Sauce
 1 cup fresh cream(250 ml)
 80 g Wooden Spoon White Margarine
 80 g brown sugar
 1 tsp vanilla essence(5 ml)
You’ll Need
 A giant muffin baking tray or an individual bundt cake tray
