 1 ¾ cups (290g) raisins
  cup (60g) small salted capersrinsed, drained
 12 French-trimmed lamb cutlets
 5 ½ tbsp ras el hanout (Moroccan spice blend – from Middle Eastern grocers)
 2 bunches broccolini
 Chopped roasted hazelnuts and lemon wedges, to serve
