ย 2 tbsp olive oil
ย 2 tbsp harissa paste
ย 1 tbsp tomato paste
ย 1 tsp ground cumin
ย 1 large yellow onion diced
ย 2 large red bell pepper ยพ inch strips
ย 1 large yellow/orange bell pepper ยพ inch strips
ย 4 garlic cloves minced
ย ยฝ tsp salt
ย 5 large tomatoes chopped
ย 8 large eggs 4 whole, 4 yolks only - save whites for other recipe
ย 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
ย 2 tbsp parsley chopped
Optional Toppings/Side
ย ยฝ cup labneh
ย pita for serving
ย crusty bread for serving
