 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 large onion, diced
 1 medium carrot, diced
 1 red bell pepper, deseeded and sliced
 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
 1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped
 2 tbsp harissa paste
 1 tsp ground cumin
 14 oz chickpeas1 x 400 g
 250 g (8.8 oz) green lentils
 4 cups vegetable stock1 litre
 100 g (3.5 oz) kaleshredded and hard stems removed
 Juice of half a lemon
