 1 15 oz can chickpeasrinsed and dried
 3 bell peppers chopped
 1 red onion chopped
 1 large carrot chopped
 1 large zucchini chopped
 1 bag kale
 2 tbsp mint roughly chopped
 1.50 cups couscous
 1 tbsp harissa
 1.50 tsp garlic salt
 4 tsp cumin
 1 tsp turmeric
 2 tsp paprika
 1 tbsp sumac
