Nigerian beef suya is a spicy meat dish that can be served as an appetizer or a main dish.

Suya is made with a variety of spices that are typically used in West African cuisine. The most important ones are cayenne pepper, chili pepper, and ground coriander, but you can also add a bit of garlic powder, ginger, or black pepper if you want to change things up. The most authentic suya is made with dried or fresh chili peppers and cayenne pepper, but you can also use chili pepper flakes for a more convenient (and less spicy) option.
