Nkwobi is a delicious spicy cow feet Nigerian delicacy. It is a popular eat out meal common in Nigerian restaurants or beer parlors which may seem complicated but in reality is easy to make and prepared with simple ingredients.

Nkwobi- Spicy Cow foot is a delicious Cow foot dish from the Igbo tribe of Nigeria. What makes this dish unique is the sauce with which the meats are mixed. That sauce is simply a mix of palm oil and potash which cuddles the palmoil

 2 Big Cow foot Cut into Small Chunks
 34 pieces of Medium stock fish/ Okporoko/ Panla (Optional)
 ½ cup palm oil
 1.50 cups Ugba/Oil Bean
 1 Levelled Tablespoon Ground Ehuru (Calabash nutmeg seeds)
 2 tbsp Pepper Soup Spice
 1 1 medium Onion ( Optional)
 34 Scotch Bonnet/Atarodo
 1 tsp Kaun/Akawun/ Edible Potash
 3 Knorr Cubes, Preferably Knorr Chicken
 Salt to Taste
For Garnishing…
 Chopped Utazi leaves
 2 Medium Size Red Onions Cut Into Rings.
