This recipe Ugandan Kabobs is not difficult to make, even though it has quite a number of ingredients. It's a great party appetizer. This recipe can be found in my cookbook "From Uncle Bill's Kitchen".

Β 1 cup plain yogurt
Β ΒΌ tsp salt
Β 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
Β 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Β 3 slices whole wheat bread
Β 3 eggs, beaten
Β 5 Β½ cups dried bread crumbs
Β 1 cup French-fried onions
Β 3 cloves garlic, minced
Β 2 tbsp minced fresh ginger root
Β Β½ tsp ground cumin
Β Β½ tsp coriander seedcoarsely crushed
Β 4 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Β 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
Β 2 pounds ground beef
Β 3 cups vegetable oilfor frying
