West African Beef Kabobs are a popular Nigerian street food recipe also known as Suya. They are skewered juicy spicy meat made with a peanut butter sauce!

This dish originated in Nigeria and they call it the epitome of West African street food. The beef kabobs are very popular in Nigerian barbecue. It’s basically spicy skewered beef that’s made with a tomato and peanut blend.

 1 lb sirloin steakcut into 1 inch cubes
 1 small onion
 2 tbsp peanut butter unsalted
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 tsp All Spice
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
