Zaalouk Focaccia by My Moroccan Food

In a constant attempt to give a Moroccan twist to all my favourite foods, I naturally topped my focaccia with zaalouk (aka best aubergine salad/dip in the world). The end result is super delicious

300 g plain flour and more for flouring
1 tsp salt
160200 ml warm water
