4 medium-sized red onions
4 lbs chicken I used skinless legs
3/4 to 1 cup Vegetable oil or any good cooking oil of your choice
6 eggs hard-boiled
2 tbsp minced garlic
¼ tsp water
salt to taste
1 cup vinegar and
2 cups water to clean chicken
