Mahalabia (Egyptian Milk Pudding) By All Recipes

Mahalabia is a popular dessert in Egypt and other Middle Eastern countries. This rich version features both milk and heavy cream.

Milk pudding is a common desert in many countries, and of course each country has its own twist. The Egyptian milk pudding is thicker (hence heavier and fattier) and it does not have cardamom. Also, the Egyptian milk pudding is made with milk, vanilla, sugar etc. It goes very well with the pudding since it absorbs more water and helps making the pudding on the thicker side.
