 1 cup green lentils use red lentils if you want it to cook quicker
 ¾ tsp salt
 4 ½ tsp olive oil
 1 large onion chopped
 ¾ tsp cinnamon
 1 ¼ tbsp ground cumin
 ¼ tsp pepper
 ½ cup jasmine rice or brown or white rice
 6 cups vegetable stock or water or chicken stock

    Lentils are good To put in the slow cooker. I’m a big fan but my kids are not so we don’t make Them often enough.
